Description

Mariko's mother, who has still yet to have been named, is still pretty much unexplored territory. Mariko's Father has said that she has died and killed by the Sendo Tribe, but since they are, apparently willing, part of the Sendo Tribe this is probably a lie. However her lack of appearance in the story, except for the flashback in Part 41 where she says Mariko is not evil, would suggest that she is in fact dead, but there is absolutely no certainty.
