“Who’s there?” Hitori asked while she looked around.

“Where’s who lady Hitori?” Nagata asked his chieftess.

“I thought I heard someone giggle.” Hitori answered.

“Auch!” Zesshou screamed while he rubbed his head.

“What’s wrong Zesshou?” Hitori asked concerned.

“Somebody pulled my hair!” Zesshou said offended.

“But I don’t see anyone Zesshou.” Nagata said as he looked around.

“Auch! There it is again!” Zesshou screamed again.

“But there is no one!” Nagata started to panic.

The giggling Hitori had heard before became louder, until everybody heard it. Right before their eyes they saw a small ball of light. It was barely even visible. The ball of light was beautiful, although you couldn’t quite say what color it was. It seemed to be every color in the world. The giggle turned over in a laughter as the ball of light grew bigger, until it was the size of a hand. Hitori, Nagata and Zesshou then saw what no one had ever seen before. Right before their eyes was a fairy.

“You guys are funny.” The fairy giggled. She flew over to Zesshou, “What’s wrong with you? You sound like a boy, but you look like a girl.”

Zesshou blushed. Ever since the great battle he had let his hair grow. It reached his shoulders by now, and his young face made him look like a girl.

“Well I’m a boy with long hair, got any problems with that?” He said while hiding his red face.

The fairy giggled again as she landed down on Zesshou’s shoulder, “Boy, girl what does it matter?” She shrugged, “ I love you for the way you are.” She rubbed his cheek with her head. “We’re going to be such great friends, your skin is so soft.”

Zesshou became even redder, (if that was even possible) and was completely speechless. Hitori looked a little amused as the fairy didn’t seem to be ashamed of anything. She had just bluntly told a boy, who was a hundred times bigger than herself, and who she didn’t even know, that she loved him. Hitori knew from stories that fairies were very playful little creatures, but they were all killed when Layou destroyed the land, right?

“Miss fairy?” Hitori asked her while she talked to Zesshou.

“Don’t you touch him!” She said acidly while she held a string of Zesshou’s hair firmly in her tiny hands, “Do you even realize that this is the love of my life? And something more, this ‘miss fairy’ has a name you know.” Silence fell. “Well are you going to ask me what my name is?”

“What’s your name?” Hitori asked carefully.

The expression on the fairy’s face grew grim, “That’s all? Geez you could have been a little nicer asking me my name you know.”

Hitori raised her hands in defeat.

“Lady Hitori, let me handle this okay?” Zesshou, who was still as red as a tomato, offered.

“Yeah, yeah fine.” Hitori mumbled.

“What’s you name miss fairy?” Zesshou asked the fairy.

The fairy smiled which made her face grew with love and affection. She flew right before his face and said, “My full name is Serenity Soulheart, but my friends call me Siren, because of my lovely voice.”

She started to sing and everybody plugged their ears. What came out of the fairy’s mouth, was NOT a beautiful voice, but rather the sound of a very hungry bear. If the Sendo wouldn’t kill them, her voice surely would.

“Oh great, we are stranded in the middle of nowhere with a crazy fairy, while our friends are in trouble. I still wonder what happened to Baku.” Hitori, who was getting annoyed, said to Nagata.

Baku? You know Baku?” Siren stopped ‘singing.’

“Yeah, he was the one who send us here. The last thing we know is that he was stabbed by Lana.” Hitori answered.

Lana!” Siren’s eyes grew big with fear. She raced into Zesshou’s hair and hid herself.

“You know these people Siren?” Zesshou asked the fairy while he plucked her out of his hair.

“Who doesn’t?” Siren asked. She seemed to think for a while, “I know! I’ll help you! I wanna help Baku so I’m gonna help you, but only on one condition.” She floated before Zesshou’s face, “On the condition that you’ll marry me when this is over.”

Zesshou became flaming red again, “Well I uh…I uh…well.”
